Meeting Agenda / Process Confirmation Form
Provides meeting charter information as well as defines the set agenda for the meeting. Each agenda item has defined criteria that must be satisfied in order to ensure the process is being followed. An assessment is performed and documented for each topic (red or green). This standardized approach provides consistency and allows for any team member to be able to facilitate and therefore not be dependent solely on the Leader.
