At the recent Visuant User Conference hosted by Competitive Solutions, we had the opportunity to sit down with Michael Watkins, the company's VP of Information and Product Technology. With over 17 years of experience developing and working closely with Visuant, Michael provided an inside look at the exciting new Visuant 5.0 release and Competitive Solutions' customer-centric approach to innovation. 

As someone who has been deeply involved in the product for nearly two decades, Michael expressed his excitement about the new user interface (UI) in Visuant 5.0. "I'm most excited about the new UI, getting customers to use this platform that's going to really transform the way they operate," he stated. Having spent years listening to customer feedback, Michael knows the importance of continuously evolving the product to meet changing user needs.

A key part of this evolution is the Visuant User Conference itself, which brings together a diverse range of customers from various industries. By fostering open dialogue and facilitating knowledge-sharing among new and experienced users, Competitive Solutions gains invaluable insights to drive future product development. "It's so important for us to hear feedback directly from the end users," Michael explained. "We want to continue to improve on the product, but also understand how to engage two different sides of the spectrum to get an awesome product that people are going to use and actually love."
